Japan food and fountain view at Yellowtail
Hong Kong style food at center of Bellagio fountain
Good assortment of tapas and paella to try at Julian Serrano
Great food and views at Eiffel Tower Restaurant
You can usually count on Bellagio to host nice restaurants. Sadelle is a nice breakfast option
The Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres is a nice steak option in Vegas.
Every season has a nice display in the garden. The breakfast is ok there. Unfortunately the casino points are painful to cash in here
We had a nice dinner at Zuma. The truffle rice was especially nice.
Had a decent lunch at Wynn buffet. Not as good as Wicked Spoon but it was decent.
After a late flight to Vegas, we hit Five50 Pizza Bar. Service not brilliant, but food was decent.
We had our usual fix of crepes and breakfast at Jean Philippe Patisserie while we were in Vegas. The presentation is not quite as nice as the pictures but the taste is good.
We went to Julian Serrano for dinner at the Aria. Usually we go for lunch. The dinner crowd is a bit noisier. But the food was great all around.
Yonaka Modern Japanese is in a typical strip mall, but the food is above expectations for freshness and quality.
The Wicked Spoon has a nice Sunday Brunch that rolls into dinner at 3PM. It works out great if you do the late brunch
We decided to take a break from the Strip and headed over to Summerlin. The atmosphere and food were great. The cowboy steak is nice and the cheese waffle is great.
With a new partner out in Vegas, we took a ride to Hash House to get some huge portions of comfort food.
The hotels change the gardens and displays on a regular basis. They are pretty interesting in a similar manner to the Christmas displays in New York.
After checking out in the morning, I decided to burn up the casino credit and have breakfast at Grand Luxe, Venetian. The dealers recommended this place. I think it was pretty decent for a breakfast. I got a salad with … Continue reading
We had to save a spot for Wicked Spoon. The brunch buffet setup is among the better ones in Vegas. The selection is good and the food quality is good.
Although we have been to Del Frisco’s in NY a number of times, our group decided that we had to give the one in Vegas a shot. They did a good job with the steaks, but the chicken was a … Continue reading
Although we did not stay at our usual hotel, Aria, we decided to get dinner at Sage. We had a good time there in the past and we wanted to get out a bit. We were not disappointed. The staff … Continue reading
Since we got rooms at the Venetian, we hopped downstairs to try Yardbird. The appetizer and entrees were along similar line of comfort food as Hash a Go Go, but the portions were smaller. The food was good though. The … Continue reading
We went downtown to Katsuya for dinner. The LA location was highly recommended. So, we figure the Vegas one shouldn’t be bad. The service was great, food was good, and decor was interesting.
Our first stop in Vegas was for lunch at Hash House. This place got rated highly by a few sources. We gave it a shot and the huge portions could have fed an army. I ended up leaving a good … Continue reading
I had a nice night at the poker table for my last night in Vegas. I had a quick dinner at Noodle Asia at Venetian. I got everything covered with my poker comp. The BBQ pork is a bit on … Continue reading
We couldn’t pass up another trip to the Wicked Spoon. The weekday price is cheaper and there is less food selection, but I think its still a pretty good deal.
This place had the lobster ice cream. Doesn’t look like it did well. The new thing is lobsicle. I guess if its good enough for a hot dog, its good enough for a lobster.
Came down for breakfast after hitting the gym. Jean Phillipe has some nice stuff. I decided to get the Salmon crepe.
The Cosmopolitan has pole dancing behind the blackjack tables. I am not sure if it makes the casino any more money. But the atmosphere does seem a bit more lively.
We went to Ocean Club for dinner. The steak and seafood is very nice. The dessert is also awesome. Although very nice, if I compare side by side to the Palm, I think the Palm is better.
We had the lunch special at Julian Serrano at Aria. I wanted to get the paella since I missed out on it last time. My partners didn’t want to wait for the 40 minutes to get a paella. The regular … Continue reading
When I visit Vegas, I always like to drop by Bellagio to see how they change up the garden area. I think the organizers are pretty creative and they seem to have a good budget to do some nice stuff. … Continue reading
On the flight out to Vegas, the airline gave us coupons. One of the coupons gave a buy 1 and get 1 free at Wicked Spoon. Since the place is right next to Aria, we decided to give it a … Continue reading
Over at the Cosmopolitan, there is an amusing display of dogs. I think of it as doghenge
We are having some fun at the poker table at the Venetian in Las Vegas. There is a lady that sits down at our table with a mask on that reminds me of the girl from Mortal Combat. You can … Continue reading
We grabbed a quick lunch at Julian Serrano at Arias in Las Vegas. We cut it a little close with the opening time at noon and the flight just after lunch. But the food was great. I will definitely try … Continue reading
We get in to the Rod Stewart concert over at Caesar. He plays his popular songs. He is quite energetic, entertaining, and charming regardless of his age. I think his show is quite good.
We hopped around between the Wynn and Aria today. We had dinner at Sage. So far, every place we eat at Aria is great. I hope to get through the rest of the restaurants at Aria on my next … Continue reading
We did a dinner at the Palm in Vegas. Instead of the usual steaks, we got mostly lobster today. Awesome all around.
