Crowded convention pushed us over to the Meat for dinner. The Kansas steaks hit the spit just before going back to work
Looking for Urban Harvest, we ended up at Butcher’s and Restaurant because of construction. The bbq was nice and we liked the rice balls a lot

The Meat at Kerry hotel is a bit pricey but the tomahawk is nice.
We had the New Year special Wagyu ribeye steak for two people. It was a pretty decent deal.
We had dinner at Butcher Bar before the Philadelphia-Giants game. The selection of meat is excellent. Missed out on the nice looking dessert.

I skipped breakfast and went for a nice lunch at Del Frisco’s. The bone in ribeye was juicy and flavorful. The crab cakes were also very nice.
We decided to take a break from the Strip and headed over to Summerlin. The atmosphere and food were great. The cowboy steak is nice and the cheese waffle is great.
We got a special package of prime rib and lobster at Lawry’s. We got a smaller size prime rib to avoid food coma.
We had a nice dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse. You can’t go wrong with a bone in ribeye.
We stopped over at Ocean Prime for dinner. The seafood was generally nice, but oysters could have been better.
On to another lunch for Restaurant Week, we had a nice value for money lunch. I chose to break away from the standard menu and order oysters and burger. That turned out to be a good choice.
We got another visit to The Cut: Steak and Fries for Restaurant Week. We got a juicy wagyu burger. The fries were not as good as last time, but still decent.
The Grill room is a bit on the quiet side these days. I am not sure if their pricing and choice works well for lunch. Maybe they do better for dinner
We had a nice time at 1515 West Chophouse. The steak cuts were nice. The service was a bit on the slow side, but the atmosphere was nice.
It was my first time over to Mastro’s Steakhouse. I liked the stone crab and oysters to open the meal. My ribeye turned out pretty nicely. I was too stuffed to go for any dessert.

This was our first visit to K Rico in Hell’s Kitchen. The service was good and the outdoor patio was great on a sunny day. The pork sliders and open face steak sandwich were excellent.
I met with former colleagues at Sear over at Raffles Place. The tomahawk steak was great. The sides were a bit small portions but they were tasty.

We tried out the lunch set for restaurant week. The food was decent, but I think the setting in Grand Central is the most interesting aspect.
We had a nice dinner at BLT at Ritz Carlton, White Plains. I was told the Pâté was excellent. The bone in ribeye was certainly great.
