Needing to update my book, I got a lunch at Robuchon in Bund 18. The food and service were great. I quite liked the bread selection, tartare and the dessert.

We had a Sunday brunch at Paris Rouge. The service and egg selections were great. I had meurette eggs which were excellent. The tuna plate was also very nice.

I got an unexpected offer for lunch at the Bund. Given a choice, I don’t think you can ever go wrong with choosing Jean-Georges. The kingfish sashimi and the pork chop was fantastic.
