We just ran across this place on the way back from Lantau Island.
This really hits you like a spot light.
We had dim sum by Hong Kong Post Office. Maxim’s Palace is pretty well known. The place is huge and still had long queues to get in. Lucky we got there early.
I dropped in on JYJ Noodle Bar, Classic and Chic. The noodles and soup are nice.
We tried a new place, The Hut, for lunch. The food and service were excellent. It was a nice way to kick off the holiday weekend. .
We had one more visit to Chao Tang before Chinese New Year. We mixed it up with new dishes. The congee, spicy clams, and prawns were nice.
Chao Kee is becoming a regular spot. We added egg buns and fujian fried rice to the usual order.
Chao Tang is freshly opened. We managed to enjoy a nice meal without any go-live issues.
The newish chicken sandwich is quite good
The big event at Kerry is coming up.
Stopped at Nanyang Taste for a quick bite. I got a beef noodle which has quite a kick.
We had an excellent weekend brunch at La Bota, Cool Docks. The selection is nice and the food is tasty.
We had an excellent lunch at Cathay Room, Peace Hotel. The soup, main, and dessert were all excellent.
Back to Chao Kee again for great dim sum all around.
Another Monday and another burger night.
Chao Kee just opened at Kerry. It is a welcome addition. The dim sum is pretty decent. Most notable items are the bbq pork, shrimp dumplings
We tried Spicy at the Corner for lunch. I am not sure about the corner bit. But the spicy part is good. I like especially liked the eggs and noodles.
The change in ownership and decor seems to have helped Agora

After a long morning, we got a late lunch at Golden Old Village. The spinach dumplings are great
We had the New Year special Wagyu ribeye steak for two people. It was a pretty decent deal.
Tasty shrimp at Joe’s Crab Shack
I got a last minute lunch at Vale. We tried the jellyfish and it turned out pretty well
I had a nice holiday dinner at Qian Restaurant on Biyun Lu. The chicken in soup was especially tasty.
