Wandering around the neighborhood and I came across Hungry Lung’s Kitchen for lunch.
Jade Garden
The seasonal special crabs over rice was pretty nice at Jade Garden.
Pure and Whole
Pure and Whole tweaked the menu again. I stuck with the spicy black bean patties. The new rolls are nice.
Din Tai Fung
You can count on Din Tai Fung for fast service, decent selection, and consistent quality. I thought the little markers to indicate the dumpling type are a nice touch.
La Maison
We had a nice brunch at La Maison. The bloody mary and potatoes were especially notable
Hakkasan
On a rainy day in Shanghai, we enjoyed a dim sum lunch at Hakkasan. Egg custard bun is fantastic
California Pizza
Looks like another update to the CPK menu. The flat bread option is good.
Fusha Asian Bistro
The Fusha Asian Bistro is a pretty good service, small restaurant. They give a little bit of twist and the food tastes decent.
Yuxiang Kitchen
We just barely beat the convention lunch crowd to get a seat at Yuxiang Kitchen. The river shrimp dish was not up to usual standard, but everything else was good.
Philadelphia Trolley
I did not know Philadelphia had a trolley set up til my recent trip to Philadelphia
Seasons 52
After a long day at the tournament, we got lucky to quickly grab a seat at Season’s 52 in the bar area. The pink eggs were interesting.
Saigon Restaurant
We stopped at a small family restaurant in South Plainfield, Saigon Restaurant. The service was good and the food was nicely done.
Wasabi House
I had a nice lunch with Eliza on her day off.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse
I skipped breakfast and went for a nice lunch at Del Frisco’s. The bone in ribeye was juicy and flavorful. The crab cakes were also very nice.
Skylark Diner
We had a quick dinner at Skylark. The short ribs were nice
Cheesecake Factory
I got a french dip at Cheesecake factory. Not bad. The kids meal had a big meatball on pasta. Decent size for a kid
