We had a team lunch at Roadhouse. I was a bit disappointed by the ribs being out of stock. The falafel burger looked nice to me. I should have given it a try. The terminator challenge looked pretty crazy.

We did the Friday dim sum special at Hakkasan. The contemporary setting is emphasized with the vivid blue of the decor and staff clothing. The setting and food were excellent. The set is a relatively good deal.

Tock’s


Tock’s is a Canadian deli that features its own smoked meat. The menu is fairly simple, but the meat is great. I have been told the poutine is good, but I didn’t get a chance to try it.

The lunch at Vale was simple but nice. They seemed to change their policy on water and wanted to charge 80 rmb for water. But they charge only 40 rmb for tea. We might as well get the tea.
