Kika gelato

The different characters and rose shape gelato at Kika add an interesting flair to a decent gelato.  It gives me thoughts of doing a gelato shop one day.

Kush

Kush is a decent vegetarian place.  I had summer rolls and brown rice salad.  It feels healthy.  I hope that balances out against some of my other recent meals.

Ruth’s Chris opened in Shanghai on the Bund fairly recently.  The ribeye was nice and juicy.  It was definitely one of the better steaks in Shanghai.

Dragon Phoenix

We visited Peace Hotel to see some of the Christmas decorations.  The Dragon Phoenix restaurant is a nice Chinese restaurant up on the eighth floor.  We got some of the standard dishes, but the food was done nicely.

ICC

The W Hotel over at ICC is a decent place.  I think it is a bit noisy with lots of music playing all the time.  The breakfast is decent.  Most notable is the crispy bacon.

Dondonya

We had lunch at Dondonya at Elements.  The price is good considering the location and pricing at other restaurants in the mall.  The quality is decent and good for a lunch.

Kitchen

I had a late dinner room service from the Kitchen at W Hotel.  The fries were not crisp and the steak was average.  Not much selection at that time of night.

I went to Century Park for a field trip this morning.  There were some interesting things to see around the park.  The big attraction seems to be the giant, inflatable duck.
